Pricing thrift shop items?
If you don't have time for a thrift sale, might I suggest a donation to the Salvation Army? They will give you a good dollar value for your items, and the amount is considered a charitable donation, deductable from your taxes.
If you want to raise the cash, talk to teens in your neighborhood about running your garage sale in return for a percentage of the cash. For instance, agree to pay them 30% of whatever is sold. If you don't know any, ask around to friends and family.
Good luck.
Reply:No I dont but thanks for asking
Reply:Are you more interested in getting rid of the items, or making a little money? Just price things according to what you'd pay, keeping in mind the consignment markup.
