Did this girl like me or was something else going on here?

I met this girl 4 weeks ago at the mall who is tall blonde and gorgeous (towers over me). She just came up to me and started chatting openly about everything she felt deep inside.



Then she told me how she was hurt by her ex-boyfriend who never gave her any attention. I told her how I was different and she could always talk to me about anything. She actually made the first move and kissed me and told me I was a sweetheart. She kept saying "aww ur so sweet". I always got her flowers also.



She cried a river and I dried her eyes. I was so sincere to her it was unbelievable. Then she met a guy way taller than me who was tall and jockey (way taller than me). That day she whispered "goodbye" and gently kissed me 1 last time. I never heard from her after that. She doesn't answer the phone or go online anymore since.



She said I was sooo sweet, what happened?

Did this girl like me or was something else going on here?
Sad but its true, nice guys finish last! Im a very tall blond and I know I would feel uncomfortable with a shorter man than me. Dont take this personally, but I think it was the height issue.

Reply:This girl just needed someone to lean on because her boyfriend treated her bad - a friend. Evidently she wants to date only taller guys and you are the sensitive shorter guy. So let her keep getting hurt by the taller guys and maybe one day she'll see how you are much more sensititve and the other guys just aren't worth it. What do you think? From friend to more? I guess it can happen.
