If you wanted to hear an update on how an online friend is doing, how would you pass it on?

I received a message like this from someone on my e-mail. How can we help this person? Note that I trust the legitimacy of the sender of this message.

Dear Searcher/Joye,,

I do not have good news. She is not getting better. Things are worse today. I fear she is leaving us. I am so confused. She is currently in ICU on a respirator. I tell you this so you will understand how serious things are becoming. Myself and our local friends, family, and many parishoners are starting a 9 day Novena to St. Therese the Little Flower, Debra's patron saint. Please join us in our prayers in whatever way you feel able. Thanks again for you thoughts and prayers

Tom

If you wanted to hear an update on how an online friend is doing, how would you pass it on?
Joye, Thank you for the sad update. I have spoken to my mother this morning. She lives in Austin, Texas. She will include Debra and her family in the prayers of her group. "The prayer warriors."

If God willing, Debra lives and is conscious again, I have asked my mother to mail her a prayer shawl. Mother is in a group that knits and crochets beautiful shawls. The shawls are placed on the alter of her church. The entire congregation prays for the recipient of the shawl. The minister blesses the shawl. It is then given to the person prayed for.

Let's all pray our Debra is well enough to accept the gift.
Reply:It is soo incredibly sad about Debra. She always has a kind word for everyone, no matter who they are. It is hard to deal with that she is so sick and there is nothing much we can do, except pray and send our best thoughts to her family.
Reply:I would star your question.
Reply:i'm not sure what a novena is, but i am praying for debra, tom, and the rest of the family, as well as for debra's many friends in R%26amp;S...she is a special soul, and the world is a better place because of her love and compassion

{{{{{{{{{{debra}}}}}}}}}}
Reply:We star it and let each other see it even if the news is heart breaking . I can only hope it isn't as bad as it seems and she returns to us with her spirit intact . If I could pray I would but I can always hope for the best as I do with all my heart .
Reply:help me . i'm (whil sky) do u know ?
Reply:We are trusting God that his will shall be done..She belong to God Almighty first..God Almighty lends us to each other for a season, and then we return back to him who Created us..Everything that appears to be sad news is not aways sad news..Only God Almighty knows..I pray that the LORD will deliver her from her pain, and will lift her from her bed of affliction..May God Almighty's will be done in her life, in Jesus name.. Minister Queen
Reply:I'd Search for an example in creativity and dedication. Then add them to my friends list.

Although I've left the church, I was named for St Therese and she was very dear to me. Debra exemplifies her qualities so well.

I wonder if St. T knows Hebrew. :-)

El na refah na la.
Reply:Searcher (and Friend),

I will continue to pray for Debra as I have from the beginning. If it is our FATHER'S Will, she will gain consciousness and be able to return to her family. I pray that is the case here.

Thank You,

Eds

Reply:My heart is breaking for Debra and her family. All we can do now is have faith that she'll pull through and know that whatever happens, it's for the best. I can see how many lives she's touched and it moves me greatly. What a wonderful woman she is to have such a great impact on so many.

Much love to Debra and her family. (((((((Debra)))))))
Reply:Is that the same one I read about her 9 months ago

I did a search on Debra M to find out

it seems it is the same letter just copied and paste

if I am wrong I am so sorry seems like her husband would be by her side

if she has not left him yet as she said she was going to a few months ago

if you see her I would like to know

if you could would you visit her in the hospital

and stop this vicious stuff

9 months ago Susan J and Debra M

seems a bit strange does it not?

I think with effort you will find a way to pass this message on to those who care about Debra. Perhaps we can all wish upon a STAR to help spread the message.

Thank you.
