i see it done all the time when like the flower stays red. i DONT have photoshop though. Is there a FREE site where i can download something that will do this for me???

Most of the image manipulation like that is done by professionals or semi-professionals and all of them, that I know, would not work on anything, but photoshop. That said, you can try some free tools available.
