what would i call - 2 find them online, the large paper flowers (for invitations) that have 4 petals that fold out and the invite goes in the square in the middle?

I have NO idea! It seems like it would be easy, until you try the search. . . BUT, I did find a site that has templates - a few of which might work for your invitation:
