If you google "Send rakhi to India", you will find some good sites. Some of these sites also give you options to send gifts to your loved ones. You can also send a cake. Couple of years ago, I sent a Cake, Flowers and Sweets to my Dad for his B'day and they reached him in time and intact. But you would have to order well in advance. It also depends on the city your Brother is in. Just make sure you choose a reputed site. Also, it will be a little expensive.
