I am looking for free online patterns for this project. I want to make flowers, butterfly and other designs etc. I have a lot scrap material from other old clothes that have different textures, prints and designs.Then I would like to sew them on my favorite jeans. I know this may sound very retro. But I'm an older generation of jean wearers and thought my patched up jeans would be perfect to wear when I go camping and such. I would much appreciate any websites with free instruction to do so. thank you.

I don't know of any web sites, but you can by templates for quilting that would work for patch patterns. Hobby Lobby or JoAnn Fabrics are two of my favorite places to shop for my sewing needs. Check their clearance sections first. Hope this helps.
