Is my mother in love with my Boyfriend? Where did i go wrong ?

My bf is 19 me 18 %26amp; italian, i met him online we have been going out for almost a year, then like 6 months ago she started to talk to him to see if he was who he said. well now she says that he is her "best friend".The last couple of days hes been calling her cell and not mine and i find her walking to the porch or some where where no one is so she can talk. she seems to think it is none of my business if it is him or not. i have told her and she does NOTHING and it really makes me Peed off that shes being like this , i understand that he wants to surprise me with flowers , all but she has a totaly different voice when she talks to him and shes calls him 'BABBBBBBBBBBBBY!!' shes acts like shes trying to be his gf , it really bothers me , i don't want my bf to get mad because he thinks i am just jealous or whatever but. I am really concerned when i know she is on the phone at different times w/different guys when my dad isn't home. HELP! 2nite was my grad.

Don't converse with mom about it. Obviously your mom was inviting him with her behavior. My question is why does your boyfriend meet her half way? He could just ignore her flattery, but for some odd reason he didn't choose to. There has to be some level of trust between the two of you. Even if they were conversing about you it shouldn't have to be behind your back. Talk with your boyfriend about that. If he says you're just jealous tell him that you have the right to be jealous. You deserve an explanation other than what you have already observed. You need to be in the loop of things, especially considering that you've brought them 'together'.

Reply:Maybe your mother's doing it because it makes her feel young again.And maybe he's talking to her because he thinks it's cool to talk with a older lady.Either way it has to stop. Right now your being disrespected by them both and that's not right. You have to speak up and tell them you don't like them talking on the phone. If it continues after you tell them that your uncomfortable with them talking, let him go.And don't let your mother met your man until your sure his 100% commited to you.He does not need your mother's help to send you flowers.
