Is he interested? What should I do?

There is a guy whom i know for many years. He's 8 yrs older than me and now pursuing medicine in America while im still in Asia. Despite distance apart, we keep in touch very frequently.

He once asked me whether im interested in any specific guy. I said no. He said he doesn't have a girl in mind either...but he plans to wait till he complete his medical sch education. After asking this question, i realised that he is not as chatty with me as before.

He calls me once in a while despite not having specific reason for calling. On the other hand, i realised that he gives "hugs", superlatives, "flowers" via facebook to a girl. He give some other girls that too, but not to me though i asked him for it once. I'm his No.3 in his top friend list in facebook tho..

Recently he kinda refuse to talk to me during weekdays because he claims to be busy. Whenever i come online on msn, he will appear offline. And whenever i go offline, he will soon appear online. He looks for me during weekends tho.

Is he interested? What should I do?
r u desi by any chance? just wondering... is he studying in the carribean?

nywayz i think hes keeping his options open and is not serious about u. guys like talking to girls just for the fun of it. maybe he thinks of u as an option.... dont let him play mind games with u..it screws u up....

i asked if he was desi cuz i know a bunch of desi guys that act completely the way u described around girls just for the attention... if not ignore that part...
