I'm going to this beach theme party in Chicago, what should I wear?

I wanted to wear a dress. I found one, but I'm not sure if it fits in with the whole theme. It's a halter dress, and its white, with light pink flowers on it. only difference is the color, and the style of the dress is about the same.

Put a white %26amp; pink lei around your neck and just wear flat shoes if you think u need to be beachier? Even a frangipani in your hair or something???
Reply:That is pretty. To tie the beach theme more so into your dress, stop by the dollar store and buy a bag of seashells. Also, pick up a bouquet of pink silk flowers that matches your dress. You'll want to select a shell that is big but that won't break easily. A big scallop shell would look nice, maybe even a starfish if you are careful with it. Using a glue gun, attach it to the top of a curved hair comb. Now attach a few (don't go too crazy with them) blossoms to the comb. If you are daring enough, you could also make a simple shell necklace.



Again, the dress will look very nice.
